Hello

We are so excited to share with you a little bit about our family and hopefully find a connection with you.

Devin and I first met through mutual friends in college but we didn't go out on our first date until a few years later after we had both had graduated from college.  Our first official date was to a Utah Jazz game on Devin's birthday.  After 2 years of dating and spending almost all our time together we finally settled down and got married.  We have now been married for over 8 years and love every minute of it.

We've always wanted a family but it turned out to be more complicated than we had ever imagined.  Almost four years ago we were blessed with a miracle baby through many fertility treatments.  We love every minute of parenthood and want so badly to expand our family. After a lot of heartbreaking trials over the past couple of years and spending much time on our knees, our hearts have been turned to adoption.  We pray daily that we will be blessed with another miracle baby through adoption and we are so thankful for this opportunity and gift.  We would love more than anything for Talon to have a little brother or sister to love, teach, play with and grow up with…a forever friend.

We believe we are all Heavenly Father's children and no matter how a child comes into our family we will love them unconditionally.  We support an open adoption and we want them to know YOU and the loving decision you made for them.  We are open to phone calls, emails, texts and visits.

We both come from large extended families with lots of cousins on both sides and we really enjoy spending time with them.  Both families are very supportive and excited about this new chapter in our lives.  We live a healthy balanced life and we love staying active.  We enjoy hiking, boating, biking, golfing, playing games and just being together.  Some of our best memories are when we are out on adventures, whether it be on vacation, on a hike or relaxing at the neighborhood swimming pool.

We would like to take the time to talk individually about each other.

Devin is my best friend and has a great sense of humor; he loves making people laugh.  My love grew even more for him when I saw him as a father.  He is not only fun but he also loves and cares for Talon more than anything.  He is a hard worker and an excellent provider.  I am so thankful that I am able to stay at home and watch my children learn and grow every day.  I am so thankful that I married him and get to experience this life with him, he is my forever.  He supports me in everything I do and I know he loves me.

I was always told to "marry up" and that is just what I did when I married Kelly.  She makes me want to be a better person.  She is very selfless and spends her days thinking of others.  She is always helping a friend or family with a project, a question, a problem, a craft, or just listening.  She is the greatest mom and Talon and I are thankful for everything she does for us.  She makes me laugh and motivates me to be a good husband and father.  I love her more every day we are together.

We have a great deal of love and respect for you and pray that you will be comforted.  We love you for your courageous decision and admire you for your faith. We pray daily that we will be lead to each other.  We are so excited to build our family through adoption!
